To check out or return any WYSC equipment, scan the QR code on the equipment tag OR complete the checkout/return form.
Please be sure to note any damaged equipment or missing items, or if the QR tag is missing/unreadable.
All WYSC equipment distributed to coaches/board members should be returned to the shed and checked in at the end of each season.
